Placing your order

Need some help placing your Lustrous Eyes Collection order?

Choosing your Colours:

1. If you haven't already, choose from our range of pre-defined Lustrous Eyes Collection. Go to Choose your Colours webpage and review the selection and choose the colours that work best for you.
2. You can select your favourite from here by clicking on the BUY NOW link, this will direct you to the  Fundraising section of our online shopping cart
3. A full description of your selected Lustrous Eyes Collection appears including the Colour Quad (Colours), Longwear Eye Definer (Colour) and Lash Confidence Mascara.
4. Once you have decided this is it, you can begin your purchase.

Your Purchase

1. Bonus option: to upgrade your collection to include your eyebrows we are offering the Precision Eyebrow Pencil (RRP $26) for only $10. - select the best colour from the drop down list (hint: your current hair colour)
2. Now select - 'Add to Cart' - to continue.
3. You will be directed to a screen with an empty field for your Gift Voucher Code.  This is where you will enter the code found on your Exclusive Offer.
4. Press the button "GO", your code will be accepted and your cart will be updated.
5. You will know that your voucher code has been accepted by the $0.01 discount in the Total column.
6. You may now Continue Shopping or Checkout.

7. Navigate through the shopping cart and select any additional purchases such as lipgloss, lipstick, brush set and 30% from these items will go back to your charity or fundraising program.

Checkout

1. Select the "Checkout" button
2. You will probably have to create a New Account - fill in your details and your payment method by following the prompts.

What happens next?

1. You will receive your Exclusive Offer order within 3-5 working days, along with a hyperlink to download your Oradess Beauty eGuide. (NB. If your order is for a school/or group you will collect as per your instructions)
2. Oradess will identify your nominated charity or fundraising initiative by the voucher code that you used. 
3. We will forward the financial contribution we have pledged within 7 working days of your transaction (unless otherwise stated by the charity or fundraising organising body).
