Had my last block of 6 PT sessions yesterday for a little while. I am off to Melbourne for a week soon and Pam is off for a week after me so I will not see her for about a month. I am feeling a little nervous but confident that I can keep up the good work. We have worked out a plan for my going solo and it involveds a minimum of 2 intense cardio sessions a week and 1 weights. She also mentioned that just doing some push-ups or crunches daily will help too.
I got a sign yesterday that I am on the right track to getting fitter. I was absolutely spent with a couple of the exercises, but recovered fairly quickly - wahoo! Pam tried to make me do full MAN push-ups after crucifying my shoulders.... lat pull downs, chest presses and some other torturous arm work.....it just wasn't going to happen. I am secretly going to practice and blow her away in August with 5 full MAN push-ups.....all in a row. Let you know how I go!!!
