Well ladies...this post was supposed to be about business negotiations being so much easier to handle than the ranting and ravings of a two year old ‘independent' girl who has her heart set on keeping her pj's on for the day BUT I have just returned from a Day Spa.......
Which now brings me to the topic of feeling amazing. I had my deferred Mother's Day gift today and after leaving those above mentioned ‘rantings and ravings' I set off on my quest for relaxation and dare I say it...a bit of sanity. I was not disappointed! Being caught up in the launch of Oradess I have not been giving myself as much attention as I should and had nearly forgotten what it felt like to do something just for me. We all know the story of the mechanic who drives around in the old unkempt car.... that has been me of late but no more. I have made a new deal with myself. At the end of each quarter...(BAS will be a good reminder) I am going back to this place (for those who can enjoy it is Harbour Day Spa - Brisbane, Qld, Australia) and indulge in one of the most superior services I have experienced in a long time. The staff are obviously very well trained, know their stuff and enjoy nurturing and pampering their clients. Something us Oradess devotees can appreciate.
This will definitely be my tip for feeling good this month: Have a facial or massage or both!
Have a good weekend...
Take care,
Julia
