The eating thing is not going so well.....I could probably be getting much better results if I watched what I was eating a bit more. I am not going to beat myself up about it though.
In the first couple of weeks I was using an iPhone app to put what I was eating into it and I guess that gets a bit monotonous after awhile. Although I have learnt some very valuable lessons and haven't eaten MacDonald's fries since. They are so full of fat!!! This is probably obvious but I always thought, I'll get the fries instead of the burger. Oh no....the burger is good in comparison. Also cheese, oh my goodness. I will NEVER stop eating cheese but it was good to know just how many calories are in it. I have definitely cut back.
I am going to try and do better :-)
Note to self: Eat more fruit.....
