Wahoo......3cms gone off my lower thighs.......nowhere else which is very strange but hey - this means it's working right? Well I have realised that I am getting excited about my body shape changing...which I think is great of course. I can now tuck my blouse into my trousers and not feel frumpy BUT this was supposed to be about fitness. That is getting better but I think I am not doing enough cardio.
Pam had me really hating her the other day....she had a deck of cards and everytime she turned it over I had to do something different (push ups, sit ups etc...) to the number on the card. Quite ingenious really and deep down in a secret place....I think I really enjoyed it!!
Note to self: More cardio although the legs are feeling great - very strong.
