A note from Julia
I am feeling very excited and energised now that spring has sprung and summer is on its way. I know some of you think I am crazy but it means the sun is up early and I feel more motivated. I also happen to be counting down the weeks now until I turn 40. I made a promise to myself that I would do my first sky dive and I set myself a Fit for 40 challenge a few months back after discovering just how out of condition I was.
